This website is provided for information about SOSIYO and the services we offer. You are welcome to read, share and link to it. You may not copy the design, copy or imagery for use elsewhere without written permission.

Content accuracy

We keep the information here current, but service descriptions and figures are indicative rather than guaranteed. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Scope, timelines and pricing are agreed in a written proposal for each project.

Client work

Work carried out by SOSIYO is governed by the proposal and agreement signed for that project. Where those documents and this page differ, the signed agreement takes precedence.

Intellectual property

Final deliverables transfer to the client on full payment unless the agreement says otherwise. Working files and internal process documents remain ours. We reserve the right to show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Third-party links

Where we link to other sites we do so because we think they are useful. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Liability

We take care over our work, but we cannot accept liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability relating to project work is set out in the relevant agreement.
